David wrote the music and sent it to Gloria Gaither. She said that it immediately sounded like flowing water to her, so she wrote the lyrics which depict the conversation between Jesus and the woman at the well in Samaria, from John 4:4-30.

David was red mostly because that was the last concert in the Barn before he put AC in it, and believe me it got extremely hot in the Barn, he said he decided during this recording that he would never do another concert in the Barn without AC, and we are all very happy with his decision., Barn Bash is much more pleasant when you're not sweating to death.🙂

I just have to tell you what a kick I got out of your reactions through this song. When you got so excited you had no words was priceless. This is a beautiful song that David wrote, but he gave it to Gloria Gaither for her idea for the words. He went with hers. She agreed with the flowing like water. Thank you for telling me a couple things I missed on this. Please continue with David's music.

The name of the song is "WATER"... David sings with his daughter occasionally and he does all the arrangements for the songs he does. BTW: Daniel, you also have an awesome voice. Would love to hear you do a full song.

I think one reason he's red in the face is because his barn they did this in didn't have air conditioning. If you watch the Freedom Video, he starts out with his sleeves rolled down and then somewhere in the middle of the video you see that he rolled his sleeves up.

@@DanielEarnest I can’t pick just one - when I start to choose I then think of another but one of my most favorites is He’s Alive from The Gaither’s Tent Revival cd/dvd… David’s “Rain” from Freedom as well as We Shall Behold Him from Freedom… like I said so many… I love Worthy The Lamb when he was with the Gaither Vocal Band - it is one of my favorites - he makes that song absolutely amazing… I hope you listen to it😊
