Dear Mr. Harris, I just caught you on Premier Guitar and then saw the live video of "I got your back". If you are ever in Colorado I pray that you go to The Moxi Theatre in Greeley. If you look it up you'll find an intimate venue and the owner, Ely Corliss, does a fantastic job of running sound and taking care of the artist. It's my favorite venue here. Just sayin. I saw him play a solo acoustic show in Dallas a couple years back and it was phenomenal. His singing is incredible... the low notes, the falsetto, the vibrato... he has it all! Also, his guitar skills are solid. I would highly recommend seeing him. If you are a big JM fan, you will definitely dig his tunes.

No offense to John Mayer, he is great ,but I grew up listening to this guy even in the late 80’s early 90s with his group Follow For Now at the time ( which was basically him)-David Ryan Harris has a very special sound and in my opinion Anything that you hear that sounds like this came from him you can believe that -including John Mayer
