After friends, they were all pretty much set for life, so their entire focus (some of them at least) was to make a name for themselves outside of that series and from the looks of it, the cast got stuck in type casts, which is a nightmare for any actor. From what i heard, david also tried directing a few times, but i'm not sure if that ever went places, i don't hear about him much now a days. Kind of sad if you think about it, tbh.

This is not the whole interview, I'm sure that he asked him, but it is not included in the video I watched a lot of his interviews, and in all of them they asked him about Friends, and he answered so passionally. After Friends he did not do a lot of jobs because he wanted to focus in directing and theatre which he loves since he was 13, as he mentioned. His dream is to be a director. Also, in 2015 he was back on TV, he had Feed the Beast, American Crime Story, the up coming movie this septemper " the Laundromat, and this August he is done with filming his new sitcom Intelligence.
