13:45 ugh. I don't mean to be the voice of dissent, but that is not the sort of question you ask of a person like this, or really any author who has written this many books IMO. The PROCESS of writing and releasing a book is not new to the author. As such, asking what their biggest take away from the PROCESS makes little sense. I bet if he could've comfortably answered, "Nothing. this is what I do for a living, and have done for a very long time," he would've done so. Questions about the subject material or how he does certain things would make more sense than asking lessons learned from the process. That just seemed like a generic softball that you'd throw at a first-time author. I legit feel bad writing the comment, but it was THAT out of place as a question among the others. Even the host commented on the question itself.
