Yay more David Shannon content! I've seen Final Lairs of Gina with David as well as JOJ. I think Gina is absolutely incredible, probably my favorite bootleg KZbin London Christine because I can specifically remember her name. I'm sure she was incredible in person too, not just bootleg videos. Both David and JOJ are fantastic in different ways.

Question: During the time Ramin was playing Phantom in London(2008-2009) as principle role was there any alternate phantom in Ramin's place or was he playing it alone.

Nic Greenshields was standby during Ramin’s run; I believe he joined around 2007 so he was already with the show. I’m not sure if there was another cover for the role as there’s no mention. It seems that Nic departed at the September 2009 cast change because Nigel Richards and Stephen John Davies came in and are documented as covering. Nigel was there for a brief time; he seems to have decided to leave due to issues with the creative team. Stephen did have at least one show where he went on for Ramin; Ramin departed a few months later in November 2009. So while he doesn’t seem to have had an alternate with scheduled shows each week, he did have at least one standby who only performed when Ramin didn’t. A standby won’t be in the show otherwise.
