Like so many others, I just learned of his death earlier today. But I remember him solely as an actor. I had NO IDEA that he was a singer and sang this incredibly important song from my childhood! I heard about David's passing coming home this evening . We had been out to eat an early dinner and I turned on my phone and heard it from a friend. I'm just devastated. Prayers going to his family, friends, Paul Micheal Glaser and all of his many, many fans. Thank you David for leaving us with this beautiful music and with your acting abilities.
