Unions as a whole are a double edged sword, it makes it difficult for wrestlers negotiate their contracts and get more money it might help the lower tier talent in the beginning but the only people who benefit in the long run is the Union leaders themselves.

That's why alot of more experienced and older wrestlers were against unionizing, it's a tactic to make money and underpay young and journeymen wrestlers to make money.
