You mean the thing that tasted of "nothing and everything"? In Game of Thrones there is a scene where Emilia Clarke's characters had to eat a horse heart. That heart was made out of gelatine, but it was massive and she had to eat the whole thing. They where reenacting that here, I would guess, but apparently it tastes pretty shitty/bland. It probably isn't flavoured in any way (even though it is coloured red, so you would assume it to maybe have some berry flavour or whatever), so it just tastes like gelatine without anything.
