Nubank is an incredible opportunity. Long term hold for sure. It has everything. Great management, strong technology and product design, superior financial metrics, and a long term secular growth story behind it all. Buy and hold.

If it is so great, why CEO is selling shares, and why the stock is falling so hard lately?

​@@ML-tp5gs Founder sold 200m out of like 10b he has and gave it to his charitable foundation. Selling 2% for charity isn't a big deal. And the stock falling in the short term could be anything, but I'm in it for the long term so it just doesn't matter to me if it goes up or down lately.
