Keep BJJ as far from the Olympics as possible! Just look at American collegiate wrestling (folkstyle) vs the freestyle in the Olympics. Freestyle is much more of a silly game compared to the collegiate style, that's the Olympic influence.

Yea, it shouldnt be allowed as a legal attack but its inevitable in most combat sports and to my knowledge basically all of them, including MMA have decided that penalizing it when it isnt intentional or constantly happening just isnt worth the trouble.
