I’d love to see tubs in DW homes 😅 a tub is non-negotiable for me.

In my experience they tend to showcase the upgraded shower because their demographic is a tad younger. On the homes my clients have built they had the option to add the tub but the upgraded shower had the better flow. What communities have you toured? ☺️

hoa and taxes super expensive in Bridgeland, not worth it.

I’ll give you high taxes but a couple thousand a year for the amenities you get is a steal.
