I just signed to buy a new dirt build home in a DW community right outside of Tampa, Florida. PARRISH, FL NORTH RIVER RANCH NEW MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY. Thanks for the video. I wanted to build with a smaller private builder without shareholders and a stock price. Didn’t want one of those mega builders that are huge corporations with greedy stockholders. I loved the finishes and the beauty and layout of the home design. I shopped a total of 8 builders. PARRISH FLORIDA IS BOOMING! So many builders here, glad to know that DW builds the same quality regardless of location. Great video, thanks! My sales rep was amazing to work with, I also noticed the difference compared with the other communities I visited. AND PEOPLE ALWAYS GO WITH A REALTOR TO THESE NEW COMMUNITIES! DONT GO ALONE!

Have you notice in certain communities david weekly are not using the blue styrofoam sheeting anymore they went to thermoply which is a big big down grade
