About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

These last few days have been difficult for our nation, keeping our President and others in government in our prayers for strength and discernment...I am feeling my prayers failed...I am struggling to stand firm, to keep fear for what is to come at bay... No need to fear let the peace of God be in your heart He alone is in control and if we stand true to our faith in Him He will keep us through the storm, remember the story of Peter letting the fear of the sea and sinking then Jesus said to have Faith, I suggest you read the stories from the Old Testament how faithful God is to His people, and pray to our Father, don’t let the enemy put fear in you there’s no room to doubt the power of our almighty God, blessings !

Great messages. One improvement. Stop judging alcoholics and drug addicts. God himself couldn't stop at just one. He found his creation of man and women a good thing. Then he wanted more. Be fruitful and mulitpy. In fact these people may heaven from where they came and continue trying to get high here. It's up to the other faith believers to help them realize - we are not in heaven any more BUT The great message is Christ made it possible for anyone that believes- you are going to high forever in glory.

Well then let me mock this messenger. Oh tho puritan who lay claim to this word. Yet with they “Physical” countenance you condemn as if wielding the very hand of God. Not your JOB! This whole thing about having the grips in truth also mush be sifted. You condemn those who drunk and those who smoke as if being so clean will earn your way in by images. Yet Christ flattened that… Christ said it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles this temple it is what comes out. Words come out and so does judgments. If I take medication for pain as your own son does then am I and your son defiled as the drug addict is? Justified because the prescription is written by one who controls who gets controlled substances. Who then is poisoned of this temple? Those who suffer, or those who have a wielding bully pointing at us? Can the hand of Christ be canceled by those within his hometown or by the receiving person?
