Trust and Obey... for there's no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to Trust and Obey.🎶 How can we Trust, how can we Obey, if we do not know the Word of God? The Word is our spiritual food, it is a Lamp to our feet and a Light to our path. The Word is the nutrient that gives us strength, desire, conviction to walk in His Ways ... especially through the battles in this life. This is biblical truth, thank you for sharing. It is summed up for me by the Lords reaction to Peter after his loss of faith. After he denied the Lord, Jesus asked him, “do you love me Peter”? For every time Peter denied him Jesus Christ showed him real love is obedience. If we live for ourselves we don’t understand Gods mighty love, seen in Corinthians 13. True love is not self seeking. Our obedience to his word honours GOD, holiness prevails and the kingdom of GOD has the victory.
