About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

Will do. I used drugs for years and the dark forces tell you lies. Continue in prayer , believe God for good to come out of bad for his glory. Put on the armour of God (Ephesians ) . Look after you sleep and nutrition as well. Bless you love from 🇦🇺

In southern Cal in the year 1972 our first morning class in junior high school the teacher opened our day with prayer and bible reading. And over the PA system students faced the American flag placed inside each school room to say pledge of allegiance.

So sad the state we are in now…I come from the islands…we prayed four times a day in school. In the morning, before lunch, after lunch we give thanks, in the evening when we are dismissed for the day. May God help us.😢

If I could have or would have been able to recieve this truth as a kid life would have been way different. Bad things happened that broke me and turned me from Jesus as a child. I thought he didn't love me and that's why ugly things happened. The falsehood. The shame. Became frustrations and anger and eventually rebellion and self destruction. I lived with a broken heart and spirit and a life of horror and darkness for 31 years until God in his rich mercy sought me out and manifested to me through Jesus and delivered me and saved me by his spirit and cleansed me and gave me a new heart in October 2001 under this mans ministry. I love you Jesus.

Jesus, I don't want this sin amongst my people and my nation. I'm crying out to you and wailing because of the babies and the children and pain that they're reaping. Please end it for them! Please destroy our nation! We do not deserve mercy or forgiveness! We don't. Look at our country. We walk past the homeless who are suffering with our noses in the air. We're greedy and call this land and our possessions "our property", as though we deserve anything but fire upon our heads. Father God, make a judgement come down upon us to utterly destroy this evil. Please! I don't want more children to suffer! Tear down the veil and let your power be known from the North, to the South, and from the East and the West! Spare no sinner! Please Jesus! Use me as You will! I will scream before DC, if it comes to that, so that they will at least be forced to heed to God's Word (Truth)! Please Jesus! Give me the strength to help with Your harvest of souls! To pray for Your persecutors! Come into our churches and cleanse us! We need You Jesus. We're nothing without You!

When you're tempted, as soon as you're having thoughts about it cry out to God and ask Jesus to take away the temptation, He will, He is faithful . This worked for me when I was still craving alcohol, I haven't drank for almost 6 months, the thoughts to drink don't happen very often now and they're very weak thoughts not all consuming as they once were,you have to put your own will behind not wanting to continue with your sin. Have a look for some deliverance prayers on here, Derek Prince, Noah Hines or Fernandez Perez

He's overlooking the issues of race/crime/IQ. Its not JUST removal of prayer, its the addition of non-americans as well.

Except if you look at the research and graphs the decline started exactly when this happened. As far as race, I assume you mean blacks. Blacks had a lower divorce rate than whites until prayer was taken from school. It all happened at the same time. Some of the most devoted Christians you'll see are in rural, poor Africa. IQ also doesn't make sense since there are lots of low IQ people who love Jesus. The reason crime has increased and why black neighborhoods and kids who drop out of school are such a wreck is because they've abandoned God.
