🌸Spring is in the air!🌼 And what says spring better than bunnies, spring flowers, and bright colors representing new life. Hi, we are David and Jen, a husband and wife team and owners of David Christopher's. We design, develop, and import our products and sell them wholesale and retail to customers.
We believe in a risen Savior, Jesus Christ, but it's okay to celebrate the risen Savior while enjoying his creations: spring flowers, bunnies, eggs, and carrots. It's all about what is inside a person's heart. And we are thankful that Jesus has transformed both of our hearts and given us new life through his sacrifice. So yes, we acknowledge Christ as the reason for the season; however, we aren't legalistic in our views. Christ came to give us freedom. As long as we repent of our sins, walk in obedience, and surrender our lives to Him and His will, we don't feel any conviction about decorating with fun items during the Easter and springtime seasons.

Great news on the health front. I worked retail for 40 years and at Christmas time being a dept manager of a major retail store found myself working 90 hours a week sometimes. David, my advise to you is find competent people to do the jobs you don't like to do and focus on the things you enjoy. That took a huge level of stress off the table for me. I know with Jens love and help this year will be your best yet. Sending love and prayers to your family.

The financial planning /budgeting aspect is David’s least favorite thing to do. It’s hard to find someone we can afford to take that on. Lol We do have a wonderful bookkeeper, though. ❤️

That is great news on your health David. I go next week to see the Cardiologist for my leaky mitral valve. The Radiologist says mine is moderate now. I am still praying I get good news. Pray for me and also for my daughter in law who is 34 and is having trouble walking. She is falling a lot. She has been to the ER 3 times and they have done nothing but give her pain meds and send her home. After nearly a month of back and forth to the ER she is finally getting an MRI. Pray they find what is going on with her. Pray for my son Dalton too as they have no insurance and 5 kids so this has been a lot of stress on him, trying to take care of kids, her and work. He is self employed so he has no one to take his place at work. I absolutely love the Easter wreath, place card holders, and the napkin holders. Well now that I have seen all of them I don’t know which is my favorite! They are all beautiful!

You can add as much or as little as you want. We usually add a lot and work with it until it gets fairly low and then fill it up again. Sometimes, a little is easier to work with, especially if you’re just starting out using this method. It can be less messy. 😊

I've always used blue pot mostly because of a gun just I burned myself every time anyway you're talking about children and watching out for the kids and things yes that is very serious however I see these tutorials sometimes and they have cats walking around I'm so afraid these animals are going to get into the glue pot without thinking so that makes me very nervous when I'm watching a tutorial and they have any kind of animal around the table where the glue pot is so therefore be cautious and be careful

Ask yourself, if you were suddenly incapacitated, (heaven forbid) who could take your place? Your wife most likely. She knows the business. You might consider a college intern to train. Someone who has a passion for it. Be good to yourself and your family. They come first.

We would more than likely sell the business as it would need to be someone with inside knowledge of our industry and importing. We are definitely open to training designers; however, most of the time, we train people and they want to go out on their own. We do have a wonderful designer in our retail store who we are very grateful to have. She is loyal and has been with us a number of years. :)
