I am very impressed you beat me to it, I was searching my mind for Glen Campbell but I kept getting stuck on "The Song Has Ended (but the Melody Lingers On) " which always makes me also think of the melody for "Cherokee" , its definitely one of my favorite styles of melody .

It's been a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG time since I've had tunes keep reverberating in my head ...... THIS album has MANY such tunes.. I'm just walking around and then SUDDENLY, I can't stop hearing this wonderful guitar line from this song in my head. It really gives me hope. LOL In a SEA of MONOTONOUS sameness, comes CINDY LEE. :-)

The other day I could've sworn I heard you call my name Over the melodies of yesterday Til the kingdom come Don't tell me it's the end I'm only making my way home again Til the kingdom come I saw the light As bridges burned behind me [?] I saw waves turning on the rolling sea Til the kingdom come I miss you, my dear friend I only want to hear your voice again I miss you, dear friend I heard your music playing far away I'll cross my fingers for another day Til the kingdom come Don't tell me it's the end I only want to see your face again

Because Spotify has undermined economic viability for an entire generation of musical artists, as well as making you a more passive consumer of music. All power to Cindy’s self release strategy.
