Lovely demonstration and explanation. I have a question: During the bind you said that the first arm does an internal rotation and the other arm is doing an external rotation. I don't see it. Both arms are internally rotating and the shoulder is opening to the ceiling. Could you explain how the one arm internally rotate and the other arm bone externally rotate, it does not make sense to me. Thanks.
