Thanks! and thanks for the feedback - I know the courses aren't the typical $97 price point of a lot of average stuff that is on the internet, but the content is definitely a premium product and we are super invested in it and proud of it. There are 30 hours of teaching and instruction, so when you do the math vs getting hour long lessons with any random teacher, it's actually an extremely reasonable price (and you get two instructors) - but again, I understand where you are coming from and appreciate the feedback!
@paulkibbe93582 ай бұрын
@@DavidHislop I understand. You are paying for expertise for sure. The main difference with a random teacher is that it’s one on one time. That teacher would be working specifically with you to help shape your tone. I certainly think there’s a ton of valuable information that you share. I appreciate the time and effort you guys put in! For a Dad of four who just plays at church on Sundays, it may be a little over my head anyways. Lolol. Seriously great work though. Loved the pedalboard breakdown and I’ll watch everything you put out on here! Best of luck brother.

I love David Hislop’s content! I really wanna buy the tone course, I think there’s a lot of good content and hard work to do it. but is too hard for me to pay all that price (I’m not from USA and I live in an underdeveloped country). Even a single course and 15% off is too much expensive for me living in a country where the dollar is worth six times my currency (and to compare, normal people in my country have a minimum wage of approximately 400 dollars).

@DavidHislop2 ай бұрын
That's for the bundle (30 hours of content). Our individual Tone Courses (Pedalboard & Effects - Guitars, Pickups, & Hardware - Amps & Core Tone) are priced lower and about the cost of buying a pedal and all feature 8-14 hours of instruction. That's cheap vs the cost of paying for hourly lessons with a random teacher. The courses might not be for everyone, but well worth it for those that want further insight and understanding into how we do things. It's content I wish I had when I was starting out playing or even starting my journey to be a full time player. Those are the people we made it for.

@@Jayyy_Wav Whatever. I don’t know what ‘CCM’ is supposed to mean, and I have no interest in watching more of their videos. I’m just making the point that if you’re trying to sell something guitar related, you need to show can play, so that people would actually want to learn from you. Not in other videos, not so that people have to go looking for it - right there in this video where you’re trying to sell something. I have no idea who these guys are or what they can do and it’s down them to demonstrate that if they expect to sell anything. What’s it like having your life dedicated to being a fanboy, jumping in to defend your crush when nobody’s talking to you, and spouting sarcastic rubbish? Bud.
