Talking about safety, it's only a tiny fraction of The Philippines particularly in the south that is dangerous for everyone not just foreigners to travel around. The label 'unsafe' is blown out of proportion by western media. Even in Europe, the attacks in France, Belgium, Germany, UK by terrorist groups did not put those countries in the most dangerous category. The hypocrisy of western media is always at their finest. There are no 'known' terrorist attacks' that happened in Manila just yet and I do hope it never will, but in London, Brussels and particularly in Paris many times did not put off travellers and they haven't been in the red list of dangerous cities to travel to. Shootings can happen in any place in the US at any given time, terrorist attack can happen anytime in Paris, London or even in cities in Canada and even the peaceful New Zealand is not immune to it.

I love BGC very clean and modern...very green environment...Everyone speaks English, more Western brands and no street vendors...There are lots of Business Districts being built in Metro Manila, One is Bridgetowne-Parklinks, Arcovia City, Arca South and Aseana City. Sisig is a popular drinking food, accompanied by ice cold San Miguel or Red Horse beer, rice is optional. Its rarely eaten at home but common in bars and pubs. Filipino food don't do bland. It's salty, sour, sweet, hence rice balances the strong flavours.

It can be eaten at home as regularly as you can. Well popular in bar and resto but it is one of the most favorite dishes in carinderia. You will be surprised how they tranform sisig into different styling. Some would like it to be crispier, some with a lot of mayonnaise, other with a lot of onions.. the best sisig however is the capampangan way of cooking. So if your up for good food then go to pampanga and you will be surprised. You can visit the most modern smart city in the entire philippines there.

I haven’t eaten in Tipsy Pig for awhile but P582 for just a viand (though yes, meant to be shared while people have beer or drinks) and rice. And you didn’t even have any drinks. It was only a couple of years ago where P350 is like a decent good (from nice restaurants) per person would be enough.

580peso is around 10usd ,not 16 so much. And u can ask service water instead of bottle of water in ph. Service water means free water here. Bottle water usually they will charge in bill.
