That charcoal chicken certainly gives the Thai boss lady in Pattaya a run for the money and good on you for promoting a restaurant in the suburbs rather than town centre 😄 When did you realise the dog is female - when you edited the video? For a stray dog, she's well behaved and smart looking at her head.

Yes, that mint is rau ram, it has that distinct marking on the leaf. You usually find it pair with hot vit lon (balut)
