@virgilhakwins1772 I used to inspect buildings. There is always a supe. I used to inspect a luxury high rise building that had both a property manager and a supe. The property manager would always call the supe to open the doors to rooms I needed access to. This is not uncommon. Maybe in your part of America there aren't any supe. But here in the cities on the east coast they all have a supe. Either he lives on the premises or he lives close. Most of the supes I have came across have their own apartment on the property.

For larger high rise buildings, it's s team of supes and a master maintenence man who resides over them. Usually this guy was in construction prior. Only reason I know this is because I was looking into becoming a supe for the free rent. Rent is outrageous out here.
