About 10 years ago I used to set my watch timer to go off every 10min to remind myself to not get distracted by what’s happening around me and to breath and turn to the Divine and invoke the Divine-Spiritual Teacher, in the moment. It showed me how much I am caught up in the mind made world through out the day and creating unpleasant experiences while working etc. it helped me to get out of that pattern and lead me toward exactly the kind of way to live that I had prayed for.

Extremely well explained, funnily enough this is the first thing I teach in sales, because most see sales as 'eww, icky' and they don't want to be seen as a salesperson, this instantly self sabotages their success. Meanwhile, when we realise our client is the perfect reflection of us, or more specifically our inner world, our entire approach changes. Instead of NEEDING the sale and feeling icky about it , we can truly focus on their client, their desires and ultimate transformation. This is the difference maker for sure.

I stopped aligning with hustle culture about 8 years ago? Alot of the majorly successful coaches still push this mentality, yet there was a part of me that felt that that's not all there is to it & even though it's been a bit of a bumpy road - especially with the people who ARE so physically focused - its actually brought me more peace of mind. I feel an inner awareness developing, regardless of what's going on on the out-side, what other people SEEM to be accomplishing, that you notice that those accomplishments are not always all cracked up to what they seem to be. While others often seem to be getting ahead (of you), its that form of getting ahead that requires a lot more angst, than developing a connection with the NON physical aspect of yourSelf that knows all, sees all & can also guide you down inifiite paths, that would be a lot MORE fluid & a lot LESS stressful, then stressing & trying to force the outer world to bend to your will. INSPIRED action, vs action "for the sake of" is where it's at!

@@Femmefatale32000 It basically stems from Lester Levenson's teachings. He had 2 main disciples. Release technique is by Larry Crane and Sedona Method by Halle Dwoskin. There are vids on youtube of the sedona method. The crux of it is: think of having the manifestation now. If there negative feelings, let those surface and then just let them go.

I know invoking words like "dangerous" in regards to your comment might come across as hyperbolic - but this very statement, "I am God", when taken to its extreme, is actually extremely dangerous. You don't need much of an imagination to understand the danger therein. You are not God. You were made in His image, yes. You are extension of Him, yes. You are His child, yes. But you are NOT God. You were endowed with faculties that mainstream science scoffs at, which is the topic of this video, but simply because you are a more wonderous creation that we might have initially conceived, that does not mean you are God. Thoughts cause feelings so if you are having negative thoughts simply shift your thoughts to thinking of something positive, joyful or remembering a happy experience and whatever you are feeling right now is a perfect reflection of what’s in the process of becoming. You get exactly what you are feeling so happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances. You can begin to feel whatever you want right now and the universe will correspond to the nature of your song. You create your own universe as you go along so it’s important to feel good by thinking good thoughts. When the opportunity, impulse or intuition is there act, and the universe will rearrange itself accordingly just for you. Being grateful will create more things in your life to be grateful for. Visualize rehearse your future. Visualize what you want and feel the feelings of having it already.

Our Inner-Being knows exactly what we want and where it is. Our job is to come into alignment with the way our Inner-Being sees the same thing we're looking at or talking about. Negative emotion is our indicator that we are out of alignment with our Inner-Beings perception. When we have a desire, in the moment of the asking, our Inner-Being becomes it vibrationally. Ive tried the smiling in the mirror trick. It doesnt always work. Sometimes it feels forced and inauthentic. I think what needs to happen is to heal first or do some healing. People forget to rest, embrace, process, accept, grieve, release, let go, rest again, and wake up. Theres no time limit or frame to do this. Everyone is different, but i notice the mirror trick works better after healing even just a little. Otherwise things will remain closed to you. Shift your mindset and heal your heart and emotions and things will open up.

Sure, shadow can be a crucial step in the process if you are struggling to connect to that place. Ideally, you would do both. There will always be more to release (as we tend to pic up things throughout the day even if we have released a lot from the past), but you are also always sending out that signal. So if you linger in what we would call "negative" emotions, you reinforce them and then create more to be released.

This was fascinating. I practice Telekinesis which is a concrete expression of this Mirror Principle that you're speaking about here. I'm blown away by how well you explained this, and how you integrated images and video par excellence. Hi David, you are trying to tell it all right, but i feel one mistake: please note that its not 99% vs 1%. Everything is supposed to be in balance, correct approach is to have 33% for all three aspects. If you go out of balance any way (even spiritual), it will not yield the same fruits as the real balance.

This is the confirmation I been waiting for without knowing, youtube has some spiritual component to it, and I am starting to stop being surprised by this, given that the algorithm is designed to mimic us, spiritual beings. So ofcourse if the algorithm is this good, it must be doing a good job at delivering spiritual clues, like a digital clock- if one is a big content watcher like I am.
