Beautiful structure made from locally-sourced natural materials...Air conditioning would be optional as a result! The Chief is truly an environmentalist❤ Awesome documentary, David 👏🏽👏🏽

The baba have foresight, his ancestors use to build their houses with stones and rocks, so he is trying to do same for the next generation to see and advance on this unique architectural project.

I pray for better times to return to the country so that the chief's dream for this project will be realised.

Investigate solar energy for power and electric blankets for the 🛌 beds as a form of heating. Borehole will be the cheapest source of water. Fantastic project to invest in

something that lacks in nigerian tourist centers is natural and uniquely African aesthethics, most tourism centers are not properly managed and a lot of trying to fit Westernized tourist standards when it comes to price and character, hope this project gets good support

unfornately, am currently not in Taraba. but during my time there, am not sure i saw Beans farmer there. Yes, i may visit Maidugri, but definitely not in my plans any time soon. except you want to send me an errand, which i will gladly do, but you should know am expensive errand boy though.

Gombe state actually grows beans the most in Nigeria. I'm sure if you make inquiries you'll confirm that. Beans farming is a major preoccupation of Gombe people

He's surprised that Arch. Isaac suggested 20m. When he started this project, the total estimate would have probably been less than 2m, but things have really gone south in this country that even 50m might not finish this if the standard is to be high

I was admiring the stone wall from the previous video. No investors! This is the chief's personal residence. You could start GoFundMe for him, but please don't bring in strangers to own part of the chief's palace. The wrong person or people could messed up that beautiful community. You have to be very careful when bringing in investors into your community. Some may have hidden agenda, and they will wait until the chief dies, or even kill him to carry out their evil plan. I am sorry, but I just don't trust people. I have seen a lot of things in my life time. Yes, there are good people in world, but they are very few. Try and help him to get the money without bringing in strangers to own part of this community.
