Davido should be given rights to visitation and to be allowed to take the child for brief visits with advance notice. Remember the sorrow that he caused Sofia when they took Imade away while she was still breastfeeding. Sofia is just safeguarding her daughter from being whisked away from her and being subjected to unstable environments. Davido should have settled with Sophia privately rather than call her to court. Imade is a female girl child and she must be kept securely at all times. She is too young to be away from her mother for lengthy periods. This is not about jealousy at all. Sophia is a great mother. Sophia is a woman scorned, filled with jealousy and envy. Davido need to leave the child for her and withdraw all financial responsibilities. When Imade is of age she will come to her father. Davido should just concentrate on being a good husband to his wife and an excellent father that he is to all his other kids. Believe me Sophia is the loser not David period. For her to use Ify's death shows how callous, vicious and wicked sole she is. After all children die on many occasions with their two parents being present when an accident occurs. I seriously doubt if Ifeanyi's death was an accident but some diabolical power used to remote that innocent boy to the pool to drown. Because they felt he was the reason Davido is with Chioma and not them. But it all backfired because God who sees what is done in the dark took charge and put their evil works to nothing. Sophia needs to get alive, leave all these shenanigans and act matured(age wise) for once. Davido should be like her younger brother not her sexcapades and money minting machine.

A judge will rule to the childs interest. So why did the father withdraw? Am sure his lawyer told him the truth. But all he has to do is reassure the mother and the court that he will take cautionary measures to ensure the child's safety and, not be petty online.

Also, he might be free from some financial responsibilities. Davido should think maturely and do what is right for the child. Visit her, pay towards her support and keep a civil relationship with the mother. Imades wellbeing is more important than the quarrel between her parents.
