The yogurt drink is called 'Dhalle' or 'Llalle' depending on the dialect in Albanian. 'Ayran', is in Turkish.

It's not ottoman influence. In the ottomans you had Albanians, Bosnians, Greeks and other ethnicities. None of these are turkish. They do not belong to an ethnicity when we have no proof of who made it first.
