Best Results for Pressing Pennies

A question I received not too long ago was whether you get better results pressing a full set of pennies at the new automated machines, or if you press them individually. It was time we put this to the test and see what will give you the best penny for your collection. What do you do with the duplicate sets?

I have a separate binder that I keep all my duplicate pennies and full sets in. Then I will use them to trade for some pennies that I missed along my travels, or more often they come in very handy with international collectors that are happy to trade for some of the foreign park coins.
