I was in despair this afternoon. I have used FB before for a previous business and only remembered some old settings which as you say are useless. At 14:58 it didn't have a drop down menu for Pixel selection. It had a "create pixel", even though i created one following exactly your steps. So now i created another one. The thing is the Shopify Facebook app won't let me change the pixel to the correct one now. It has kept the first i created. I'll leave it as it is now, i can't do anything about it and i hope it works...

Please let me know, my pixel is set correctly and the conversion api send correctly the test events, but I noticed that the purchase event is active, but in the campaign have no green "conversion api" label, only the pixel when selected shows that label, also I can't press on maximize the value of conversions but only on maximize the number of conversions
