HRT helps but it doesn’t make everything ok, emotional symptoms are still apparent and things are still a struggle. I am grateful for you being one of the first people woman listen to when they are discovering what is going on for them. Really important.

It is not Available for the women who seem to suffer the most. My health problems have skyrocketed. Doctors have told me that I can't have any HRT's because of my bad health. Yet, Pre-menopause has worsen by 75% at times more.

I was on the combined pill through my 40,s because of my heavy periods, I only went on HRT at 53 patches a d mireena coil, still got sleep anxiety , I'm on the highest 100mg patch, I still having problems with the mireena coil as I'm spotting and having periods every month, I'm going for a scan this month and if everything ok? The dr going to put me on utergestron at night to help me sleep and to balance my bleeding. Your all AMAZING woman. ALL WOMEN ARE GOING TO HAVE THE MENOPAUSE, ITS AN ONGOING HORMONE DEFICIENCY, THAT WE NEED TO TOP UP FOR THE REST OF OUR LIFES❤❤

I had a horrible time on the combined pill. It made me unbelievably hungry. I came off it a few years ago ( I took it from 16-33, I'm 41 now ). So, here's the question. When I start menopause and have hrt , is it like the combined pill and would it again make me so hungry? ( I put 4 stone on with the pill and lost 4 stone when I stopped it. )

HRT = Hormone Replacement Therapy? Could have been explained. I'm male and might do that someday, but with growth hormone, not estrogen 🙂

I remember my wife giving me into trouble, not long after we were married, for saying that the menopause was that time in a womans life when she turns into a man. It was a joke, correction, I thought it was a joke. People can be so touchy, chill.
