Ok so I’m on the sides. I got everything together- but the bottom of the side C! The screw is NOT securing with the barrel nut? I know the screw isn’t stripped Bc when I take it out- it fits securely . I’ve also tried 4 different screws and barrel nuts! Could it be something with the hole in the wood?! HELP!

Hey Jackie! 👋🏾 It’s possible that you are inserting the nut too far into the hole and the bolt is hitting the top of the nut (slightly above the hole. Sometimes the manufacturer doesn’t make the whole the exact height to align the boat and the nut. Does this make sense? Give us a try and report back if this fixed the issue or not. Unfortunately, I don’t. This was assembled for a customer of ours and they opted for the fill crib. I do know that you will need to undo the bolts for the front part of the crib in order to attach the toddler guard.

Where do we purchase the toddler guard? Mines never came in the box.

@@CloseYourEyez00 They stopped including it in the box a few months ago, it's a separate purchase from Amazon. You've probably long since sorted this but just want people to know - this NO LONGER includes the toddler rail by default. To make it a toddler bed all you do is stop before they put on the final "front piece" after box spring installation. Then apply the kit (Part M3099).

This was a nightmare. None of my bolts fit and I can’t tighten the frame. Step 4 literally will not screw in no matter what I do. Hours spent trying to screw these in and I can’t finish the crib.

Hey Julian. That sounds super frustrating man. Unless they sent you a complete wrong set of bolts, it sounds like you may be using bolts in the wrong places. Can you confirm whether or not you have the bolts shown in the link I pasted below? If I were there I would disassemble the entire thing and organize all the bolts like I did in the link. Beware that some of them look the same, but are different and won’t fit if you put them in the wrong place. If your bolts match what you see in the link, then you should be able to assemble the crib.
