On speed change, can you adjust to a custom percentage? Say I want to slow down a clip to 90% instead of 75%.

i use the retime curve (under the retime controls) and drag the markers up or down to desired speed watching the retime controls shown above.(or you can pick the top part of the marker when in Retime controls and drag it t desired speed)

Is there a reason why you didn't mention your timeline FPS and your video FPS? And finally exporting FPS?
