Yemen is often portrayed in the media as a country engulfed in conflict, humanitarian crises, and political instability. The narrative surrounding Yemen frequently highlights the devastating effects of the civil war that escalated in 2015, leading to one of the world’s worst humanitarian situations. Reports often focus on the staggering statistics of civilian casualties, the millions affected by famine, and the cholera outbreak, which has affected countless lives. The portrayal is often stark and dramatic, emphasizing the need for urgent international aid and intervention. While the media coverage sheds light on the suffering of the Yemeni people, it may also inadvertently contribute to a one-dimensional view of the country. Yemen is rich in history and culture, with a diverse heritage encompassing ancient civilizations, stunning architecture, and unique traditions. However, these aspects are often overshadowed by the narratives of war and desperation. In this video series, I want to focus on the stories of hope, resilience, and the everyday lives of Yemeni people amidst the chaos. These vlogs aim to give a more balanced portrayal that respects the humanity and agency of those living in Yemen rather than solely focusing on their suffering. Join me to explore the beauty of this incredible country, which has always been the center of civilizations, and see the day-to-day lives of the locals. Welcome to the Yemen series! 🇾🇪 Check out my International eSIM card, which is available for +200 destinations. The Discount Code is "DAVUD" for 5% off. Holafly: fas.st/t/q8j9uUtz

*Assalam O Alaikum! I am about to make a two weeks long trip to Egypt. Could you please tell me how much money do I need to spend on hostel bed or room, food, public transportation like bus, train, and UBER, tickets to visit historic sites, transportation between Cairo, Aswan, Alexandria, and probably Sharm El Sheikh? Will I be able to buy a SIM at Cairo Airport? Should exchange currency at the Cairo Airport or in the city? Should I take a Taxi or Can or a Bus from Cairo Airport to my hostel in Down Town Cairo, and how much should it cost me without being scamed by Egyptian Taxi drivers? If you want to add some other advice for me based on your recent experience in Egypt then please tell me that as well. Thanks.*

Hi davud. I am from pakistan. It's pakistan intelligence and intelligent people who made deal with Afghanistan afghan taliban and america to bring peace there and tell america to leave afghanistan. Now look america and afghanistan has many developmental deals. Pakistan is hidden brain in the world who solved many issues in the world especially regional . It's pakistan who told america to build neom project with saudi arabia and make reform in saudi arabia. People and saudi arabia accepts these reform and now see how saudi arabia is developing along with saudi arabia and isreal. Davud war will not bring anything. We pakisyani told yemen government not to side with houthis and join saudi arabia project. But yemen government didn't listen . They chose war instead to co operate with saudi arabia. Though Yemeni people are innocent and they don't take side of houthis. But still government does though they are paying its price. If yemen government now listen to pakistan. Then they should either shouldn't support houthis or tell houthis to surrender. Their is no point of unnecessary war . It's better for them to join saudi arabia projects for development for yemen. I know davud you are you tuber but you can still spread message of peace and tell government stop supporting houthis. You are very famous you tuber.

As a Yemeni, I loved my last 2 visits to Iran. Both of our homelands have ancient civilisation, breathtakingly beautiful mountains, amazing cuisine, and rich poetic heritage. I hope there will be direct flights from Tehran to Sana'a soon 😊 The natural steps that you see in the Haraz mountains are actually terraced mountain farm lands. It helps to create farmlands because it's the terrain is all rugged and elevated. It also guides the rainfall to feed the farms as the rain descends to the valleys.
