As a revert, I did feel angered when that 'kid' was distracting the well-mannered, well-spoken Jewish man from making a point, and somehow insinuating that he is "deceiving." I can completely understand why the Jewish brother got upset - it is a common trope, just like Muslims can be stereotyped as "violent" or "terrorist." I’ll explain something about my own country Algeria 🇩🇿 we still have Jews but very few of them the reason is the French colonization who destroyed our relationship with the Jews if you go to historic old cities like “ Al casbah “ there are house with the Star of David and a crescent moon to show that there are Jews and Muslim neighbors in that area and these are very old in 15th century We were colonized in 1830 and in 1870 something called « le décret crémieux » was presented by French colons to the indigenous Algerian Jews it gave them the same rights as the French settlers and the majority of them accepted it and they even helped France 🇫🇷 to kill the Muslims and they became spies , the Muslim Algerians saw this as treason not only to them but to our homeland Algeria 🇩🇿 and since then they hated the Jews (there are some anti-Jews till today because of this ) There are 5 types of Algerian Jews : 1- the ones who never betrayed they fellow Algerian brothers and are still living in Algeria 🇩🇿 2- the ones who fought in the war of liberation and than became Muslim ( and there are many of them I know ) or stayed Jewish even rich ones who now help in economy of the country 3- the ones who betrayed their homeland and fought in French side than left after the independence of Algeria with the colons 4- the ones who did nothing wrong and left and were scared of being killed by some Algerians by mistake just because of their hatred for the Jews ( some of them came back after the misunderstandings were cleared ) 5- the ones who betrayed us left to France and than Israel but there are few of them in Israel because they had enough of war they didn’t want to live another war after the Algerian one

As a Bosnian Muslim we had a large Jewish community there that was welcomed when they got kicked out of Spain. To this day we have been safeguarding one of the oldest and best looking Jewish Book HAGGADAH made in the year 1350. Bosnian Muslim families were hiding the book in a mosque and in private homes in WW2 when the Nazis were looking for it to destroy it. The Bosnian Jewish comunity has a very low number today but their input and work is appreciated by all of us. I have nothing against Jews and believe that they are very smart and accomplished group that has brought for many good things to the whole of mankind. The problem Muslims have are the Zionist and Not the practicing Jewish people. May the almighty god protect us all and bring peace to whole of mankind.

Jews were not kicked out of Libya. Vast majority of Libyan Jews who went to Palestine did so on their own accord in 1940s before Libya was declared an independent country. At the time Libya was under British Military rule. Only less than 300 Jews stayed behind who were forced to out by Ghadafi which is wrong and should be rectified. Those even did not go to Israel but they went to Italy.
