In any case even if taken literally it does not say the 3 moons are older than the Seelie. As with other stuff about the Moon Sisters it's likely just fiction based on the three regular moons that used to exist.

I'm very interested in the moon sister lore. Some people think Paimon is one, others think Paimon is the Primordial One, and some think the Unknown God is one of them and not a shade. I'm very curious if we will get more lore on them in Natlan. Oh, also I'm adding this part now, as I just thought of it. The main menu music for Genshin is titled "Dream Aria." It plays as the moon is seen in the sky. It's the same area where the travelers fought the Sustaner of Heavenly Principles. Just want to throw that out there. W video!

There’s 4 Seelies in total that retained their form apart from the Goddess of Flowers. One is the queen of Dragonspine/Sal Vindagnyr. The princess was half seelie and half human but her mother passed away during her birth. When a seelie dies a certain silver branch with blue veins spawns where they died. The other two being in the Chasm and Tsurumi Island remain unidentified.

All they tell you is that branch grew there where she was born, but you and I both know those branches only appear when a seelie dies there. There is no written texts or records. Only environmental storytelling that you have to piece together yourself. Like in the claymore you get from Dragonspine. In the description of this claymore it talks about how Celestia showed the princess a vision of the future right? Celestia showed her a vision of Durin and Dvalin fighting over the ruins of her kingdom to explain to her why the Celestial Nail must be dropped on her kingdom to serve as a preventative measure to keep the blood and body of Durin contained in order to prevent it from irradiating and contaminating all of Mondstadt. The nail already being there has kept Durin’s body and blood pacified. Celestia didn’t drop the celestial nails in cold blood. They did it with a heavy heart to save the world cause they know they would not be active during the cataclysm to save the land.

I guarantee you it is there and it is growing towards and pointing towards where a Celestial Nail is supposed to be. ;> Everywhere where there is a nail there is a time distortion of sorts. The thunderbird in Tsurumi island activated the powers of the latent Celestial Nail that used to be there with her thunder and that's what caused that leyline time loop distortion with Ruu. ;> Desheret manipulated the power of the Celestial Nail to create the Eternal Oasis. The Chasm's Nail is meant to suppress what's below it by holding it in the stasis of time. The Celestial Nail on Dragonspine was only dropped there during a deep freeze of the Mondstadt region where it was the only this mountain that was warm due to the leyline tree growing there by absorbing the corruption into itself. That's why it revived itself again only when Durin's blood spilled there and when the traveler dispelled the permafrost with the solidified Durin blood.

You have a point that the lore about the Fatui (particularly Columbina) is the most interesting part of 4.6, and if the wheel is correct, we are going to get a ton of that this year. It’s crazy that of all the Fatui Harbingers we know about (is there even a 10th one?), Capitano and Columbina are the only two who we know essentially nothing about, despite there being 4 other harbingers that we haven’t seen, and that it’s pretty likely we will see both in 5.X. I cannot wait for Natlan it’s going to be great.

Since 3.X, the archon quests have been quite great and with the potential of Natlan, we could very well be getting something incredible. And Snezhnaya and Khaenriah afterwards, although we don’t know if Khaenriah will be immediately after because it’s chapter ???, will be godly if done correctly. I cannot wait for late 2025 with Snezhnaya.

I doubt she’s a moon sister, it’s more likely that she will be revealed to be a Seelie, more specifically the FIRST seelie. In genshin you can find a book called “The Drunkards tale” that describes a young maiden pale skin who was singing beautifully to mourn the passing of her kind in the hall of Angels, similar to what we saw from Columbina during Signoras funeral. Also according to the Aranara in Sumeru, Seelies were once a race with humanoid bodies described as beautiful and known to guide humanity but they had a curse set on them that if they ever fell in love they would lose their physical body and just their soul would remain. This would mean all the seelies we’ve come across are those that at one point in their life fell in love. The fact that Columbina has a sort of veil covering her eyes may be because she doesn’t want to risk seeing someone, falling in love and falling victim to the curse.

The singing maiden in the palace being Columbina really does fit. the 'wolf' in that story also seems eerily similar to how Arlecchino has been described in a few places now. especially 'wolf in sheeps clothing'. it's looking to me like Columbina might be the crimson moon sister and the source of power for the 'Knave' that gets passed down and now belongs to arlecchino. buuut I guess we might find out in a couple hours

Watching this video post-Remuria update now has me convinced that the story on the Drunkard’s Tale is a retelling of Remus meeting Sybilla at the ancient city in the High Seas. The pale lady played the lute, Sybilla takes the form of a harp as Phobos. Both associated with music/symphonies. Finally, if the pale lady is meant to be a moon sister/seelie, Sybilla gives me seelie vibes since Remus saw her as a “golden bee”, which could refer to the tiny golden seelies you find in remuria, like the ones flying around Phobos/Sybilla’s harp form. And, the seelies’ thing was guiding humanity, which is what Sybilla/Phobos is doing with her “symphony”, guiding remurians to follow their human desires.

@@DawitsLookingforEmilia unsure.The closest to a hint is the fact that Remus came from Sumeru, and we know from statues in the desert that there was someone with a wolf head there (Hermanubis maybe?). Technically it's supposed to be a jackal head, but Cyno's constellation (lupus aureus) and elemental burst (Sacred Rite: Wolf's Swiftness) both reference a wolf instead. Hemanubis was a popular god in Egypt during the Roman empire (the name being a combination of Hermes and Anubis). Also, Cyno's name comes from the greek word for dog. Obviously a loose connection for now, but we have never actually seen Remus' head, right? In the flashbacks you only see through his eyes, and I don't remember seeing murals/paintings of him? Maybe he has a dog head! lol

I don't know if it's Columbina, but I believe the 3 moons are Istaroth, Asmodeus and Paymon (3 shadows) and the 4th is a Seelie. If we make a parallel with Honkai and the multiverse, and mention K.K, like Kevin, it is no coincidence to say 1- Asmodeus (Kiana/ Sirin) 2- Istaroth-(Rukadevata and Nahida new Sansaras -Cecilia and Teresa Apocalypse) 3- Paymon-? 4- Seelie- Seelie Volerei (We can consider that Seelie had her alter ego Veliona) -columbina?. 4 shadows. I have my own theories about why each of the aforementioned are the opposite parts of the Honkai universe. Each of them had connections either with the Kaslana, Schariac, or contact with the Sea quanta and Honkai Perhaps "Pahnes" made "bright shadows of himself", in a "cloning" process similar to what Otto carried out, because of the power arising from family blood over the Honkai. About Seelie, the fact that she was in the Sea quanta It was a difference to introduce her to the "project", since I firmly believe that she was the 1st avatar of Irminsul (link with imaginary tree). After the Seelie was unable to be the soul of Irminsul, as she was sacrificed by Pahnes, to repair the beams of the palace, Istaroth after her "death" in combat with the other moons, specifically, Asmodeus/Arya, was reborn in a new Sansara as Rukadevata, being the new avatar of Irminsul, since the tree needed to have a being to protect it. There is a lot of material about this, but basically we can have "shadow clones" of Kevin Kaslana...Ps: look at the Seelie art in Honkai. There is a silhouette that is identical to Paymon. Perhaps columbina is Veliona, Seelie's alter ego, after the calamity that befell her, after her fateful marriage in the lunar palace with the outsider. (Deinsleif, protector of the branch?) @@purepotassium Just based on Honkai's counterparts. In fact, we have more than one reference in relation to the new sansaras. Istaroth and Rukadevata have similarities to Cecilia Shariac. Nahida with Teresa alludes to a new sansara, since Teresa was an imitation of Kaleen. It has already been said within the community that Teresa and Nahida would be counterparties. Seelie Volerei and Seelie are corresponding. The rest I called based on the story of Istaroth. Istaroth in myth is the goddess of fertility. Just like the dendro archon and its function. In the book "before the sun and the moon", in the tale of the heavenly tree, it is said that the king's priest, advised the king's gardener to cut a branch from the tree and plant it and it would be born in 500 years. In the lore, who is the only one who possessed this knowledge besides Istaroth? Rukadevata. What made her change so much? Could it perhaps be due to an ancestral Seelie who had her curse given by the gods? That would make the Tsaritsa herself very old... About Kallen' s counterpart... We are left with an important and faithful companion: Paymon. It must be no surprise that Paymon was the most faithful demon to Lucifer (draconian Kevin?).......... Who knows...only theories. :)

Goddess of Flowers was implied to be the PRIEST in the story, the one who had the knowledge first. This is actually one of the strongest arguments I've seen FOR Istaroth being the Goddess of Flowers. I think you're making tons of assumptions here based on a different samsara from honkai. but I'll just say look at how many differences there were between honkai's PE and CE samsaras and expect similar deviation at LEAST. idk I just think you're looking for a carbon copy of events which is never how the samsaras worked The Cecilia thing I'll say is interesting to me but mostly because of a totally different theory I have about Misteln coming to teyvat oh this one I see a lot 'Seele' is NOT the same as the Seelie race. one is an individual person, one is a whole race. @@purepotassium As I said, they are just theories that somehow make sense in my mind, if Hoyo had intended to approach the multiverse more intensely. Every clue given can be countless possibilities, and we just create our own multiverses connecting people, facts and coincidences. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is that. I believe that that when we expose our visions, we help others to think about things they had not considered before, and in this way we make the path narrower, until the closest it comes to what the writers created. Call me romantic. I believe that Otto's motivation in reviving Kallen is very interesting, if approached from the point of view of Otto's work with clones and the approach to alchemy in Teyvat, and the creation of life. Wouldn't that be the pearl of genesis, perhaps?The Crimson Moon Dynasty had alchemy as a practice. I think it's tempting to consider that Kaslana, Shariac, Sirin, and Seele had some kind of powerful influence on Honkai and sea quanta. It's interesting to think of Otto watching Dvalin... Even more so to think of the divine keys as present in Teyvat ( A topic for another time 😅) I just see how interesting it is to read the description of Phanes and it fits with the devilish Kevin, and coincidentally the name Paymon means the demon most faithful to Lucifer in Ars Goethia. I've seen many theories that link gods to the same character, and I believe that when we link Hoyo's multiverse, it is inevitable that we draw the same parallels. Might they want to say something? Yes and no. The beauty is in sharing the countless possibilities that Hoyo himself brings to his games. If we associate with different myths, it must not be different from everyone else. About Seelie, I just consider it something interesting. Her art in Honkai features an image with a moon and elements that in many cultures symbolize fertility, the cycle of life and death, concepts that we see among the gods of Teyvat and even our artifacts. We know that there is a shadow of life and death. Who knows, maybe Seelie would be something similar? Guiding humanity is not restricted to the world of the living, but to the world of the dead as well, as in many myths... I say another idea here. Who knows, the Seelie created an entire race, just as fairies have specific roles (flowers, wind, water, etc.), but could an ancestral Seelie be someone with a power that affects the cycle of life and death? I think it's fair to consider what Rukkhadevata said about Nahida in this discussion. She said that Nahida was her in the new samsara. I wonder who else is a figure from the past in the new samsara. Also, Nahida directly states that everything in the world runs in a loop. I have a theory that every time we encounter a being with similarities to another being who died or disappeared at least 500 years or more ago, it's possible that the being we see now is, or rather was, that being from long ago. This applies to a ton of situations. Like, for example, Alhaitham having direct similarities to King Deshret. Or Furina, who is technically a new being who was created by Focalors upon separating her divinity from her body. And Furina was created 500+ years ago... Anyways, that's just a theory. Can't be Arlecchino that brought columbina in the Fatui's fold, for the simple reason the ACTUAL Arlecchino isn't the one who was first recruited, indeed the Arlecchino we've seen in the last AQ was the one who took his place, the one before was described as "nastier" than the current one (and the current one isn't so good either) and entered into the Fatui Harbingers quite recently

Instead the Fontaine's Arlecchino is in actuality the last Harbinger to take the seat, killing and taking the place of the old Arlecchino which the Liney and Linette seems to hate and, if I remember right, is the "old" Arlecchino the one featured in Inazuma quest, the one with the Shrine Maiden working as spy, not the new one thus making the Fontaine's Arlecchino quite new into the ranks, so new it actually took her place after the Traveler journey started. That or this is a small plot hole, which seems strange seeing how hoyo take care to plug them all.
