That was a really good one. It's nice to see the Great Unclean One be able to do some work. I feel like most of the time they get bought, totter around for a bit and then get outmaneuvered and killed immediately.

Random point of discussion: Would it make for better games if the Faction Wars teams had to pick one of each Hero where applicable? I.E. Like Chaos here with 1 Sorcerer, 1 Chaos Lord, and 1 Plague Champion; Force the Tyranids team to pick 1 Tyrant, 1 Lictor, 1 Ravener. Though, the Ordo Malleus will be stuck with the one Hero.

This was a brilliant game. I loved the blast master noise marines being bioplasmaed just for adrenal gland tyranid warriors to jump them while they were on the ground.

The DoW1 community wanted base building. I also don't see the point of just making the same thing again. They were right to try something new, they just did a poor job of it.

I am new to the dawn of war series, how does the multiplayer of dawn of war 2 function? Is there a base building aspect of it and if so could you show some for me please? Its kinda bugging me that i dont know where the troops or resources are coming from

Each player starts with a HQ building that produces units. There is no traditional base-building.

@@ShaqNasty557 Yup, resources come from capture points around the map. Req points get better generation rates the longer you hold them I think, and power points can have up to 3 generators built around them to have their generation improved.

It's really hard to combat against good tyranid players. The Chaos Gods need to stop fighting with each other and allow for team worships or something.

Why is it that Chaos lose so much? They seem to have a very good early game, bu then you get into late game and everybody else just stomps them.

Chaos has one of the best t2's but doesn't really get much of a power spike in T3. Chaos also has very bad synergy with other chaos factions

Phobos is not that great compared to the other land raider variants. Guo is an ok choice but you can't spam him like fexs :p

I really don't like Nid team games. They have *so* much pressure at all levels of the game, and then once they hit tier three they just spam fexes and it's over.

T1 yes, but in literally every T2 unit chaos buys counters nids hard in their T2. MOT CSM hard counter tyrant guards, quick BC requires 2 forms of AV from Nids usually, Dread is almost impossible to deal with, BL pretty much hard counter warriors and TG. T2 is when you want to beat nids.

I agree with hunter, T1 and especially t2 chaos can really hurt nids as you saw in this game too. Late game chaos kinda struggles against nids tho.

Fuck nids. Chaos played better through both first tiers and half of t3, killed so many models and kept good field presence. Yet bugs come out on top because sheer number of models allows for better unit preservation thus better economy. I know they're balanced for 1v1, but seriously, tyranids automatically winning if players (usually hiveminion and floid being 2 of them) do not faceroll is getting old.
