*Landhai and *Kriegsparteien are the words u searched for... But i like the creativity of "Erdbodenhaifisch" and for the latter a little tip,... whenever you use two nouns to describe a single thing like a "war party" you can be almost 90% sure, those two words will be written together in German as a single word for a single thing like "Kriegspartei". It's a nice system that allows the creation of endless new words, that's why ur creation of 4 merged words "Erde-Boden-Hai-Fisch" isn't wrong and can definitely be used, however the direct translation of "Landshark" is "Landhai" a bit boring i know, but that's the word used in German. "Herrschaften" includes all the people you're talking to, so it would be either "Damen und Herren" or just "Herrschaften". Also "und=and" like in english, remove the need for a comma on that position in the sentence. Otherwise this is a very sophisticated and well phrased sentence, where nowadays, even a lot of germans would't phrase it that way. I hope this helped and didn't scare u away from learning more German, it's a fun language that leaves much freedom for creativity.
