Alright guys, it's our last day at the Airbnb and our buddies on the KLR and XL had a prior engagement to get to so it's just the 4 of us left on our tw200s. Today, I'll take these boys to a trail I know that narrows to pretty much single track in places to explore a few offshoots I've never taken. We'll find ourselves on some pretty serious terrain but man was it a ride. Come ride along to see how we make out on this chilly, but awesome Journey. @@rickvollmer3646 no problem! Yes sir! Hard to believe in this area they've stood the test of time. Google up Disney's Million dollar Dixie deliverance. I think about half way into the movie, there's a scene where they escape into a tunnel. That tunnel is part of the blue ridge railroad and its not far from this area. Its on private property but tons of history like that in this area

That's right!! We had a KLR and a 82 XL250r with us on the previous ride (video) but they had to dip out. This is our local riding area and we had an absolute blast this weekend.

@ we definitely need a east coast TW meetup. That inter section of Kentucky, Virginia, NortCarolina,Tennesse. Would be great just a day drive from anywhere on the eastern coast

@@doingstuffseeingstuff it sure did! Ole action camera flattens it out like crazy. I think the one y'all went up off popcorn was way steeper. This one was nice and flowing after all those rocks

some very beautiful places to ride back there and those TWs can go through almost anything. I had a 2009 that had to sell, miss that bike. but I do have a 1987 but it has issues with. can't seem to keep the battery charged on it and I can't figure it out. and it's one of the first models of course. Oh well that's the way it is. I can't figure it out. maybe one day I will.

@@DollyAndFamilyGetOutAndRide great riding back in there for sure. The stator and voltage regulator definitely had issues in the early ones. Look up maybe an updated kit from Ricky Stator maybe
