Can't believe it's been a decade. I know this is just a silly pony parody but this is way more real than I realized as a kid. More human than I realized. I became chronically ill in recent years and have BPD so the stuff about the healthcare system, Rainbow being terrible at coping, Fluttershy having baggage with her family, Twilight/AJ struggling to deal with someone choosing to mope instead of getting their life together despite knowing better, Scoot showing AB things neither of them should look at and the jenga metaphor at the end really hit home for me. This content is excellent. I'm very grateful it was part of my life.

Man, the memories. Heh, watched this on a school laptop when I was twelve. Had "sinking ships" stuck in my head for ages. Hell, I'll admit it's still catchy; decent message, too! I first watched the Sinking Ships video several months ago. I had been ignoring it for the longest time and finally decided to just watch it. Needless to say, I'm glad I did -- after that I gradually started watching more of the content on this channel. I have no idea why they call Sweetie Belle 'Thrakerzod' yet, so if someone could step in and tell me now, that would be awesome. X'D I used to just be a fan of My Little Pony. Then around 2014, 2016, I got my first phone, and from there, found KZbin. From what I can remember, probably the first pony video I watched was The Gateway, on JuiceBoxAlvin's channel. (It was either my first ever MLP fan video, or my first pony video in general -- I can't recall.) Then I found Argodaemon's Remembrance video, and that's what really got me interested in what the fandom had to offer; mostly because I can usually keep my cool during emotional videos, and that one actually made me cry. After I found TheLostNarrator's channel and started listening to her 'Tale of the Lost Narrator' series, I decided I wanted to write my own fanfics. Since maybe as far back as 2016, I have been working on and off on my own fairly large series. I've kept all my notes and bits of story I've written on my phone, which completely reset at least twice after I forgot the password I set, causing me to lose all the notes I had. (Probably the only information I actually remember from before the reset was Luna having an affair with King Sombra. I have since dropped that. XD) But I didn't give up -- I haven't given up. So many things have changed...some things desperately needed changing. But I've kept at it all this time -- maybe to prove something to myself or someone, or with the hopes of being able to teach a lesson to some poor soul in Wyoming or something XD. I know one reason is, I want to get this story out there, out of my head. I want to tell it. I'll get there soon, hopefully. I love the voices in this show. Pinkie's and Dash's voices are my favorite. Fluttershy just sounds like a toned down Rainbow Dash... which is probably exactly what it's supposed to be.

When Greg, the creator of MAS, asked a doctor about suicide by Diabetic Ketoacidosis, the doctor was entirely horrified by that as it's one of the worst ways to go. In order of severity if anyone were to try it would be, over a 24+ hour period, nausea, vomiting (later vomiting blood), extreme thirst, excessive urine production, severe abdominal pain, labored gasping breathing, very sensitive to the touch belly, swelling of the brain in children, confusion, lethargy, a stupor or a coma, and then death. It's got a 20-50% kill rate. Mega fucking brutal.

This song was actually pretty realistic at certain points. It made more sense than the ones in the show because all the pauses make it sound like Dash is actually thinking up lines as she goes. Maybe when Pinkie died, the pointless magic that the Elements of Harmony had that allowed them to think up entire songs and sing them flawlessly on the spot became much weaker due to the fact that there's a missing link. Granted, she still retains some of that magic, this song was definitely pretty well thought-out for coming out of the blue, but she did a lot of pausing. (Heh, out of the blue. Get it? Because Rainbow Dash is blue, and she sang the song... I'm clever and hilarious.)
