Are these flashlights more about form than output? The site has info on everything but lumens. The emitter used maxes out at around 1300 unless I'm just completely in the dark(😊).

Thats what I love about it. It has both. A lot of customs are just form or nerf the output for their own reasons. I get 12-1500 using the H10 Vapcell with 10 amp max discharge rate. 1300 sounds right. I think they don’t list it because it depends on the battery you use and how you set it.

The 519A maxes out at about 1,300lm but if they have it, the Luminus SST20 has good CRI and can go up to 1,800lm. Or there is a new 2024 Luminus SFT40 version in warm 2500K-3000K that can hit 2,200lm apparently but is more of a spotlight beam.
