Yeah, I know that now. I didn't know until I found a photo of her on the Dawson's Creek wiki, and Jane Lynch's photo sure enough popped up. I'm somewhere in the midst of season two, though I ironically started with the To Be or Not to Be episode just so I could see Pacey spit in Peterson's face.

Half of pacey problem with his family is because of him. He make fun his brother and then Suprised his brother start being mean to him. He does bad in Scholl and surprise his dad mad at him.

Sure, but majority of it is his dad. His dad should've figured out that the constant berating and put downs do nothing; in my opinion, his father shouldn't have resorted to that and instead taken a different approach like finding a way to provide constructive criticism and give Pacey a reason to WANT to succeed. Mitch Leery becoming the school counselor in season 4 is a perfect example of this. And Pacey even tells Mr. Peterson, "You have no suggestions for how I can improve and make it better?" Even his sister Gretchen says she believes he isn't stupid or a failure and claims she believes he has a chance to improve whereas his dad always made it clear he was hopeless.

pacy dad sucks, BUT pacey refussed to take any blame, none, everything just happens i mean he does bad in school, it just happen take a cop car and crash it it just happens, a smartass to his dad and it just happen. if you watch how pacey talk he say the same mean crap to dawson that his dad say to him. he blame dawson for his dad saying something nice about him like that his fault, he does not man up and talk to his dad. say what you want about dawson but he will and HAs fight wtih his dad if he disgree with him. hell sesaon 6 when he lost dawson money he said it just happen NOT he mess up, huge difference
