This crowd looks like an Geriatric version on my youth in the 1980's Newark NJ , i grew up in the BLOCK PARTY/BASEMENT party era. I use to live on HUNTERTON bet. W.RUNYON & BELMONT, and use to go to this rec room party on the corner of BERGEN & RUNYON. That was my VERY VERY FIRST House party i ever went to. Been hooked on HOUSE MUSIC ever since. I'm partial to NYC (I'm an OG Paradise Garage, Better Days, Loft, Shelter...), but I'm from Philly (where our club "Catacombs" was on the circuit as well...I also did Odell's in B-More once in a while).
