I can’t front, I’m teary eyed watching this. Heavy was such a class act. True definition of hip hop. You don’t even see crowds get hype like this anymore. Heavy D and the boyz are a big reason why i fell in love with hip hop as a kid. R.I.P. heavy and Troy. Underrated legends... Heavy could rap and dance his ass off. And didn’t curse. He made it cool to be a big dude.

@Rita Johnson How would you like to be thrown off a Stage?
@Tornado19944 жыл бұрын
This is the Arena where Trouble T died at: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/11/Market_Square_Arena,_Indianapolis,_1988.jpg He fell from the Exit Ramp right outside of the Entrance. This is the Spot he fell from: ballparks.smugmug.com/Market-Square-Arena-demolished-Indianapolis-Indiana/i-KSf9WFG/A What happened is the Arena used old 1970 Building Codes for Coliseums. Which meant, that Retaining Walls were built at Shallow foots and metrics. Troy and everyone were actually leaving the Area walking the Exit Ramp horsing around, and none them realized that they were actually exiting 30 Feet up in the Air, so when the Roadie rolled a Trash Can at him as a joke, Troy jumped on that low Skyline Wall to avoid it and unfortunately lost his balance. He fell exactly 3 Stories down and hit his head right on the Intersection. An Ambulance Truck was parked RIGHT in front of them blocking the lane, so EMTs saw him land.
