Nice guys finish last, which I am certain you are a good, kind hearted person, who gives his all only to be to be left with a bleeding heart at the end. I cried myself to sleep, for almost 3 years over a girls, which we were together for 6 years and when she got pregnant, I respected her decision to abort. Although, in my head and mind, I was totally against it. She already had a 3 year old daughter, which she decided to listen to her asshole of a father, that because she was only 18 Carmen would be better off in the Philippines, being raised not by her young mother but being around a “Family Environment.” 6 less than a year later I found out that she had been going with a fellow worker, which was LITERALLY HALF MY SIZE IN ALL ASPECTS(me being 6’2.5”). We were for 6 years and out of those 6 years we lived together for a about 5 and a half years. I was so depressed, literally felt my heart shatter into a million pieces and for a littler over 3 years I would get fucked you day and night. Years later, when I went to NYC in upper east side manhattan to visit a one of my long time friend, which I met working in Beverly Hills at a high end retail store. Funny how life works, come to find out that Angela de Castro(the ex), lived 3 building away apart from each other and became friends because the are both Filipino. Jessica, my friend, told me that the Nolan, the guy she cheated on me with left California to be with her. Long story short, Jessica told that not only did Angela also cheated on Nolan with one of her friends but also ended up sleeping with a that my friend had been taking to. After she told me that, not only was I thankful that we were only together for 6 years but it also helped me realize that I was FAAAAR TO GOOD for her anyways. You can that the girl outta the ghetto but you can’t take the ghetto outta the girl. Everything happens for a reason and although for MANY last years may have been the worst of their lives, for me it was the best. I say this because I met the most AMAZING, KIND HEARTED, CARING, LOVING, BEAUTIFUL(INSIDE AND OUT) while most where at home, I was still out and about. I met her through this Facebook dating app, which I’d never done before but I was bored one night and decided to put my profile. 2 weeks on September 29TH, after I sent her a simple respectful comment, regaining her smile and eyes thinking she’d just read it and delete it. 2 days later I received a notification that I had a message. She’s from Honduras and had literally only been living for a year, not the best of for many and we instantly hit it off. Sounds kind of corny but from that first message, she wrote back after reading mine we would literally about 4 to 6 hours a day, just about every single day. When we finally met in person, we decided that because to this whole COVID Controversy, the only place we could go to meet each other in person was to go on a hike. She lives about an hour and 10 minutes from me and when we both got out of our cars, it was love at first site. Now, I truly feel not only blessed but also the luckiest man in the world. In time, you too will surely meet the love of your life and flow with the puches. Out of ever there is ALWAYS something GOOD waiting for you brother.

@@filotiger13 alot of songs come from personal experience. They come from the emotions the writer is feeling at that time. It's an escape. Songs like this dont just come from an "idea". That's what makes them so great. You can literally feel there pain. You can feel every emotion they had at the time they wrote the song. I use music as an escape. I feel the emotions I put on paper. I've felt depression, anxiety, hopelessness, and so many other things I've projected in my writing. This is the reason so many great artist die from suicide, or drug overdose, because people dont take there material seriously, they think it's just a song. But they are actually feeling this way. They are literally putting it right there in the front so we can see it but we just completely ignore it because we have been taught over and over that artist dont have feelings that they are just writing a song for fame or fortune but most underground music is coming from the soul, the heart, experience, they do it for the love of the art, as a relief, a way to vent.
