Dax Riggs When Bones Turn To Dust

A friend and I went to this show, at some bar in New Orleans called D.B.A. It was his first solo acoustic show, and he played one set of covers and original stuff (he actually debuted the songs "In Death I'm Only Hiding", "No Rainbow", and "Evil Hides" this night). After closing the first set with "Barefoot in the Dark", he thanked everyone for coming and put his guitar away, and several people left, thinking that was it. He got back onstage about 20-30 minutes later and did another set, though it was much shorter, and I believe it was all Deadboy songs. Anyway, that second set is when he played this, so all those people that left missed out on seeing this live. Mike Sanchez was in attendance at this show, as well. 😎

You know, this song holds a dear place close to my heart, and I first heard it nearly 10 years ago when I ripped the audio along with some others to cd. A lot of it I could understand, and much of the rest I thought I could... but upon reading your post of lyrics I find I was a little off on some. Not NEARLY as off as a few who have posted "lyrics" to this song. Just wondering, did you get them from somewhere, or just hear them clear enough?
