@@michalk5262Yes, they definitely did the PC wrong by not including the Amiga MOD files in the PC port. The MIDI versions are charming and I loved them back in the day but man… what if!?

ohhh duuuude !!! maaan this is really great...soo great to listen to what is allready great music and it just gets a lift up with cleaner instruments. and yes I like that you stay clean in the sound spectrum, so not overflowing the sound picture...its nice to have space and be able to listen to things :) man this makes me smile..thank for this :)

My favorite track for live, mate, what the hack :D , you are awesome man, more like this, check out debris 32 musics , I used to do that, the problem that the original midi files for lotus was encrypted within the .dat file, didnt know how to extract them from lotus original well done bro, this is underrated remix, as game developer, can I use it in my showreel as music background and add the credit to you beside Patrick Phelan? bec. I've my own remix but piano version :D

@@ajax700 A better knowlege about mixing. Using EQ lowcuts, fabfilter EQ3 , Limiter, Compression. The Old tunes didn't used anything of that, just +30db + hardlimiting which made the mix muddy. :) And way better Hardware and Monitor Speakers. In past (10 years ago) i used headphones and a cheap Creative XFi Soundcard. Now i have Monitor Speakers and Focusride Soundcard.

This song in particular reminds me a lot of Envy (a Newgrounds musician), especially their "Heaven" song (rendition 2 specifically). This and Heaven seem to share a lot of samples which is quite an funny and interesting coincidence. Nontheless, still lit!

The original music of Lotus 1 was Shaun Southern, Lotus 2 was Barry Leitch and Lotus 3 was Patrick Phelan. :)

I played all 3 Lotus games when i was 10. 27 years ago on my Amiga my grand dad bought me and hundreds of different games. I remember Lotus 3 soundtrack clearly often listening to this m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXiXnIZ9fL-ihJo original soundtrack. This was good remixes. Patric began early doing music, true artist.
