Two jack hammers on a winded cable reel… how long will that last? But definitely inspiring video. I bought a 3600 watt conentool for £115, will see how long it lasts.

Thank you Ants Pants. Was a lot easier with 2 breakers on the go rather than just 1. Thanks for commenting and watching bud 👍

Great video boys, I'm sick of paying 600-700 for makita and the lads just abuse them, so I'm buying a few of these bad boys... 👍👍🔥🔥

Hey Gary. The maccalister ones are great. When mine packs in, I'll be going to screwfix for one of them. Thanks buddy. Take it easy and thanks for watching 👍

I've got a load of pavers and a concrete panel garage that I was thinking about breaking up and using as a sub base for a gravel driveway. Reckon one of those would be the right tool? Thanks
@everydaywithmenick2 жыл бұрын
Hey Nic and thanks for commenting, yes I do believe these tools will be great for the job you are intending. Bear in mind them pannel garages will contain rebar inside the concrete. Just be careful with them. But yes a breaker will work great. Thanks again 😁
@nicy46552 жыл бұрын
@@everydaywithmenick thanks Nick, I'm in 2 minds to hire in a crusher for the day. I'll need to wait and see the size of the pile. Thanks for the rebar heads up, will need to get that out of the way. Cheers
@everydaywithmenick2 жыл бұрын
@Nic y a crusher would be most ideal and the nice and compact one that can be loaded by hand is great. We got a quote for this job for a crusher and it was about 3k. Obviously the customer said no chance to that. Yes be careful if using the crusher with that concrete garage. Hope all goes good.

Can u use these on grass?
@everydaywithmenick2 жыл бұрын
I guess you could if the grass was hard enough. What would you want to be doing on grass with it ? Pounding steaks in ground ?

Why not use the digger to dig out much easier than a spade

looks like you should have invested in the hammer attachment for your excavator ...it would have paid for itself by the end of that job. keep up the work

Hey Dirty Steez, unfortunately the chipper is a little pricey for the few jobs I'd need them for. But if I'd of got the full package then yes it would've been great on this job. Thanks for commenting and watching 😁
@dirtysteez15693 жыл бұрын
@@everydaywithmenick yeah buddy i would agree... thats what I did was order the whole package deal.

@@dirtysteez1569 for some reason i didnt get the full package, i didnt enquire about it either. An auger would have been good as ive been asked to put some posts in.

Buy a breaker for the digger.A machine hammer is pretty fast.
@everydaywithmenick3 жыл бұрын
Cheers Scott, I've not had any reason to have one up until this point bud. I may look into 1 if I get more work in for this kind of work. Besides they ain't cheap for the breakers 😔 Thanks for commenting and watching 😁

I bought one of these to break up my path 2021.... female 60+ cant lift it let alone use it lol I should have bought a jackhammer... doh!
@everydaywithmenick4 ай бұрын
@clementinechristenson 😄 they are a little heavy and require a bit of muscle to move them around. They do a great job for the home owner though. You never know, one day you might strong enough to wield it. Anything is possible. Thanks for commenting 👍

A heavy electric breaker would be quicker those things will burn out
@everydaywithmenick3 жыл бұрын
Whilst I partly agree with you Michael, these things are cheap and cheap never lasts forever. My titan breaker is 6 - 7 years old and still going strong and had some mega work on it. But I'm deffo impressed with that Mac Allister concrete breaker. Thanks for your comment bud. Means a lot to me 😁

@@snappyfish if it is as good as the one I used then it will be fine. That one I was using had some punch behind her. Happy breaking buddy

You guys are working hard there, but two breakers at the same time the noise levels must be horrendous. My ears can't take it anymore, using a breaker inside a small room did them in.

Hi Freeborn John and welcome to the channel. Thank you also for your comment. So we both made sure we had our hearing protection on. Paul was using ear defenders and I was using ear plug style ppe. You've got to protect your hearing buddy. There's nothing worse that the continuous ringing from Tinitus. Take care buddy
