I can relate to your experience in thinking God is like our earthly father. He is So much more than my dad could ever be. Being raised in an alcoholic home with a dad who was rarely there, one who made you feel bad if and when you asked him for anything, & picked out the things you were insufficient in rather than what you did well was tough. I’m so Thankful I was finally able to know the Truth that my Dads are very different from one another.
