🎥 Huge Arabian Thai Food: • Arabian Thai Food!! GI...
PATTANI, THAILAND (ปัตตานี) - After a huge Arabian Thai feast at Papa Tagu (goo.gl/maps/QH..., we headed out for Day 1 in Pattani. I was excited to explore and I was blown away by the kindness of people, historical attractions, the delicious street food snacks, and the amazing natural beauty.
Here are the things we did in this Pattani travel guide video:
Pattani salt - first we visited a community that produces Pattani salt, known throughout Thailand as one of the best sea salts.
Krue Se Mosque - Welcome to the oldest mosque in Thailand, known for its brick construction and arches. It was built with Middle East and European styles in the 16th century.
Yaring City - On the way to the cape we stopped for some Malay street food sweets in Yaring City.
Laem Tachi (Tachi Cape) - One of the highlights of today was driving all the way to the tip of Laem Tachi (Tachi Cape) for sun set, spectacular.
Pattani Central Mosque - Finally, to end this tour of Pattani on Day 1, we stopped at the amazing Pattani Central Mosque at night.
Again, the people, the Malay culture, street food snacks were wonderful and it was an honor to have a chance to visit Pattani, South Thailand.
Thank you for watching and hope you’re having a fantastic day!

You can only do that if your partner does not have a day-job and your kids do not have school. Not every woman decided to be stay home mom, wanted to sacrifice her day-job for her man. Even Cherie Blair didn't quit her job when Tony Blair was Prime Minister of UK. Jill Biden also decided to keep her college teaching job even her husband is President.

Funny how similar indonesian and thai is, I've noticed for a while that the sentence structure is almost identical. In thailand we have pisang goreng too and they like to sell it on the road during a traffic jam.

Those beautiful boats can also be found in Kelantan and I've seen them in Terengganu. It's a common heritage along the northeastern coast of the Malay Peninsula. And they speak Malay that is similar to Kelantanese Malay-the Pattani-Yala-Narathiwat region and Kelantan have a shared history that goes back hundreds of years.

finally, the historic krue se mosque is featured in the video! the exterior facade looks historical with all the red bricks and its interior is beautifully modernised! ow, i realise that the Patani Malay is more towards the Kelantanese Malay in Malaysia. actually, the Jawi writing system using Arabic scripts is not only used in Patani but also in both Brunei and Malaysia (Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu states). it's just that the Malaysians use the Roman or Latin alphabets called Rumi in the Malay writing system at all times. as i said earlier, most of the food in Patani reminds of Malaysia including the spongy pandan pancake and the roasted glutinous rice wrapped in banana leaves. really looking forward to watching the Satun travel series in the near future featuring the Kedahan Malay dialect used in the northern Malaysian states including Penang since it was previously under the Kedah Sultanate. do also visit another huge mosque called the Grand Songkhla Central Mosque, the largest mosque in Thailand!
