Thank You from Texas. Starting day nine of my 100 day Qigong journey. I'm practicing to my emotions balanced and free. Laugh more and have increased clarity. Less monkey mind.

This is my first experience with QiGong. I found Spring Forest randomly while I was searching online for an alternate method for healing my physical body as well as balancing my emotions. You have a very calming voice...thank you for today.

I love the truth of Master Lin's techniques and his life purpose. I like the Style and how it creates balance in the whole body. Thank you for your session!

Joining from northeastern Pennsylvania in the US. I’m here as the practice is uplifting physically and emotionally. I have a shoulder impingement which has been improving but I’d like it to be totally healed. Also, one day I’d like to be able to direct healing toward others too. 💕

Thank you 🙏 One question, do you visualize anything while spreading the hands in and out? Master Lin said to imagine good energies coming in while opening the hands and “pain” going out of the body while bringing the hands back in? What do you do?
@munirajiwa70852 жыл бұрын
I focus on the feeling between my hands . Some people like to focus on one thing- eg the visualization, some focus on the breath, others on the feelings/sensations in their body. All are good 👍

100 Days of QiGong done, and with a fellow Canadian lady to boot! Thank you for your lovely gracious practice today Munira. What shall I expect/anticipate from here? I still plan on practicing daily, do I need to take a break on subsequent day 50's? Thank you again for your valuable insights
@munirajiwa70852 жыл бұрын
It’s great if you can practice consistently, every day at the same time if possible. If you have committed to the 100 days qigong practice- then yes, you can take a break on Day 50. Just notice what you feel on day 50. Once you’ve completed the 100 days, you don’t need to necessarily take a break on Days 50. The intention behind the 100 days is to help you establish a consistent practice and reap the benefits this powerful practice has to offer. I hope that helps 🙏🏼

If you have to ask to take a break, means you have not adjust the way you move to feel fit, do it more flexible first , should feel more energetic after every practice…

I have scar tissue and I’m trying to self heal myself the doctors don’t know how to treat my scar tissue on my lungs
@munirajiwa70852 жыл бұрын
Have you read the testimonial about Esther Trejo? She was one of Master Lin’s first students in the US over 25 years ago. She was awaiting a lung transplant, was on oxygen 24/7. She healed her lung scar tissues, no longer needed supplemental oxygen, and did not need a lung transplant after practicing spring forest qigong ☀️
