Hello Neha, I have started this series of back pain exercises, to defeat my ankylosing spondylitis. On the first day I have tried day 1 exercise. On day 2 can I now practise both day 1 and day 2 exercises? And respectively on day 5 all the 5 routines. I also have a request, can you suggest and make some follow along yogic video for ankylosing spondylitis. As there is none on internet

Practice only once and do possible practice, if you practice twice you will get exhausted soon and stop practicing, this is what happens. Take it easy practice one time a day and start Intermittent fasting if possible, this would be very helpful for you to be fit mentally and physically 😊🙏

If you have back pain your be lil careful with other practice and I have made a video on how to practice suryanamaskara with back pain so you can refer that. Even if you practice other asana practice you can always add these 10 minutes back pain stretches 😊🙏
